Check-in from 1:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are allowed subject to availability.
Foreign guests are welcome.
Visitors are allowed in the lobby area.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in rooms.

Must-read rules

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
Government-issued identification is required at check-in.
Pets and outside food are not allowed.

Guest profile

Unmarried couples are allowed.
Groups with only male guests are allowed at the property.
Unmarried couples are also allowed in hourly-stay rooms.

ID proof

Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License and other government-issued IDs are accepted as ID proof.
Local IDs are allowed.

Smoking & alcohol

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and is prohibited in rooms.
There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.

Accessibility

This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
There are no pets living on the property.

Other rules

Private parties or events are allowed.
A compulsory gala dinner supplement may apply on Christmas, New Year’s Eve or other festive periods, payable directly at the hotel.

Infant policy

Children up to 5 years stay free of charge.
Complimentary infant meals are provided: warm milk, khichdi, mashed potatoes or soft mashed vegetables.

Child & extra-bed policy

An extra bed can be provided for a child included in the booking, for an additional charge.
An extra bed can be provided for any additional guest, for an additional charge.

Cancellation policy

No cancellation charge applies if cancelled more than 72 hours before check-in time.
A 100% cancellation charge applies to cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time.
